Was excited to go hear after seeing the good reviews! It was a great spot after doing a Finger Rock hike. Must get here before 9A for the special. The food was okay! The pancakes were good but that’s hard to mess up. Sadly, the corned beef hash was just from a can but formed into a patty. Was hoping for homemade hash. The service was great and quick.

I've been coming for years. A few of us regularly get together here, and one of us has a dog. The patio is the tops.I get the special every time.

I visited Frank's for breakfast because of all the positive comments and they have a loyal following. It's a small space and was very crowded so I had to wait about 10 minutes for a table.I ordered an omelette with fruit and a glass of water. It was good and I ate it all but I don't believe it was anything special.Actually, I felt uncomfortable because the building appears to be very old and not maintained well. If you drive by you can see the outdoor seating in front has a nasty blue tarp covering that looks like it could blow over anytime. It's time to invest in remodeling.To each his own but, I won't be going there again.
