Just made my Kentucky derby bet. It was packed but, the staff handled the crowd very well

I don't even want to give one star, unfortunately I have to give one to give my opinion. Super bad Service, my family and I were there for 20 minutes, despite the place being alone, no one came to serve us. On my friend's birthday, I felt very bad about her. We better left the place to look for somewhere else to eat and even though we were aware of it, we entered and left later. 20 minutes super only the place now I know why!!!

First time here and will be the last time here. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich for myself, my fiance ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks. Never even received the mozzarella sticks. Fries were cold, my fiances chicken was cold, my chicken was burnt dry and cold. Server was not very attentive, mostly saw her on her phone and took her forever to get us our change back, not to mention gave back the wrong change. Could tell that serving was a chore for her than anything. Table looked like it was wiped with a wet dirty wash cloth and there was chewed gum stuck to the seats. Overall I'd avoid this place if I were you, McDonalds would be a better cleaner friendlier tastier choice than here.
