First time from a starry, I couldn't ask for better. A long evening in the company of the chef, sommelier and waiters, who have served us with great professionalism and the right pinch of sympathy and familiarity. A real cuddle! We took the contemporary menu, with some adjustments for food intolerances. The staff and chef Fossaceca are extremely helpful to meet customers for small changes in the dishes, while keeping their recipes intact and original. Favorite dishes, in addition to the amuse holes that are spatial, were the first. The mulches are prepared with skill. Sweet fishing and wine brings back in an instant to childhood in the countryside, fresh, brilliant! Bollicine e bianco delle terre abruzzesi, very recommended.
