Bidrage med feedbackThis place is so special I'm almost loath to share it. I was brought here five or six years ago by a friend from nearby Liérganes and have since returned on numerous occasions. The setting is breathtaking any time of year – I won't even attempt to describe the view from the dining room; you really have to be there. The service is unerringly excellent. The pleasure you get from being served by professionals who are friendly and accommodating and efficient. It makes all the difference. The food is superb, quality local products and dishes – done well. Which is exactly what I want when I'm half-way up the Lunada Pass. And given its location and the quality of the overall experience, frankly it would be cheap at twice the price.
We came across followed by several recommendations. The restaurant is located in a spectacular environment surrounded by big mountains and green meadows. The cuisine is not such spectacular. Spanish traditional style with prices that make you think you are at the heart of Gran Via in Madrid. The place is worth visiting because of its privileged location but I would recommend you to take care of your budget as the value for money is very expensive.
Came across this lovely restaurant/hotel with fabulous views up the valley. We ordered four starters which was far too much for the four of us. Three would have been sufficient. Washed down with a nice bottle of Protos wine and coffee all for €72. Very friendly service, I think we may well use this hotel to stay at next time we are travelling through Spain as it is quite close to Santander if you are arriving late afternoon or for that matter leaving mid day. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have, the weather,which was sunny did help!
No conocía este restaurante y me tomó una amiga. la muy buena atención, así como la calidad de la comida. pedimos cocido montañistas y caricos montañeses. todo muy bueno con raciones abundantes. Te sirven en una cacerola con un toque de los años 80 y acompañado de guijarros caseros. también postres caseros. la torta de queso templado, nunca la he comido así, saboreado era una mezcla de queso y pastel de queso, textura suave y esponjosa.
Restaurante en un enclave irrepetible, rodeado de la naturaleza de los valles pasiegos. muy buena comida y productos de calidad y la zona. el servicio era amable y atento. tenemos que repetir para probar al niño, que si usted está interesado tendrá que reservar con el tiempo porque termina inmediatamente. recomendado
