The Beach La Reserva Club Sotogrande

Beautiful place, but Culinary Letdown! I visited La Reserva Beach Sotogrande with my husband and brother on October 14th. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. However, our dining experience left much to be desired. We ordered steaks—my husband asked for medium rare, and my brother requested medium. Unfortunately, my husband 's steak arrived medium-well, and my brother 's was well-done. After requesting a correction, my brother had to wait for 20 minutes, only to receive a rare steak. This indicated a lack of expertise in the kitchen, which was disappointing. I opted for ramen, which was delicious. However, the limited tea selection was underwhelming for a restaurant that promotes a culinary experience. My tea arrived with a tiny amount of water, and there were no brown sugar or homemade cookie, which are typically expected at better restaurants. The ambiance was ruined by a screaming, completely naked child at a nearby table, a situation that was unexpected and inappropriate for a supposed fine dining. The lack of staff intervention made it even more uncomfortable. The most disappointing moment came with dessert. I ordered the Chocolate dome, white chocolate mouse and mango sauce but what arrived was a white chocolate ice cream half-sphere with chocolate sauce and berry jam. No sign of mango!

Complejo paradisíaco en el puerto de Sotogrande. Sin duda, el mejor lugar para pasar el día en familia. La atención es espectacular. ¡No puedes dejar de visitarlo! ¿Qué opinas?

Nice place with a beautiful lake. We reserved Chambao 2 personas for a relaxing stay. The pool was actually full of kids and we heard screaming and watched moms change diapers . It would be fair if such a large territory had a separate 18+ zone. This was a big disappointment as everything else was great great service, good food.

Un lugar espectacular donde uno se puede olvidar de todo... Menos de pasarlo bien. El personal es increíble y las atenciones, de lo más. Merece la pena visitar!!
