T4 - San Ramon

The most disgusting boba tea of my life. I ordered the Taro with pearls. The taro tasted like coconut and the pearls had the same consistency as tide pods. I could not finish the drink. Would not recommend this store.

Ordered 4 drinks and 4 chicken with rice since we were attending an event in the area. So excited to eat and drink... then realized they didn't provide utensils or napkins. Nevertheless we ate.

This place used to be good but it now suck. I asked for 80% of sugar they gave me 30%. No more hot food service anymore neither. Random excuses on closing the store early. This place is going to be permanently closed soon.

So today, I deliver food on the Door Dash platform to an employee their by the name of PATRICIA K. She gave the wrong address first off, and once arrived she had the most vile, disrespectful, demeaning, and snobby attitude along with her co-workers whom encouraged her behavior and to add insult to injury called me a racial slur... Ni--er !! Mind all the employees were asking decent....Rude, entitled, brash vile!! Why would anybody would want to patronize this establishment beyond one 's own human comprehension.... Deplorable , Unexcusable Treatment at its Finest....smh

I go in there tonight to order a drink. There’s two families in there I am standing in line didn’t even get noticed nothing then one of the employees there turns me and looks and says I have 20 drinks to make. I can’t serve you right now. my thought is what do you mean you can’t serve me you’re open right so now at this point why don’t you want to take my order? I will never go back to this establishment again, and I hope the manager does see this and see how his employees are treating people.
