Menya Shono - San Rafael

First went here in person when it first opened, and loved the tori paitan--super rich and creamy. Just as delish through DoorDash, with noodles and soup packaged separately.

Spectacular, the broth was out of this world. Even the noodles were delicious. And the pork, delicious.

The ramen was definitely good and super flavorful, but the meat was super tough. I couldnt even take a bite of it. I threw it away. A bummer... also gross...

Ginjo Toripaitan Ramen was excellent. Broth and ingredients were separated in the delivery, so I could easily reheat before combining. It was still warm upon arrival, but the extra 60 seconds in the microwave really got it piping hot again (I ordered at peak time on Friday night, so I get the drive may have taken a little long). Excellent, top tier spicy ramen. Definitely add egg and hot sauce.

Chashu Mazesoba is my favorite dish I always ask for extra ginger.. but it.nevef seems to be enough ginger in it for me. but definitely eat here and try this dish. you can easily split it between 2 people if you want to explore other menu items. I have never had a finer egg in my dishes than here.
