Kfc - San Rafael

I have only used the drive-through at this restaurant, but it is very convenient and I have never had to wait in line or for my food for more than a few minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that they don't always have the newest menu items because it is also a Taco Bell. So you can order a variety of items like chicken pot pie, cole slaw, and nacho fries all at once.

The food at this restaurant is very disappointing. The service is subpar. The atmosphere is unpleasant.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and had to throw it away. It was worse than dog food - the bones were black.

Food is good here! Great service and the place is clean. Although, KFC/Taco Bell is weird combo.. and you can’t order using mobile app.. also, can’t redeem rewards for TB…. Kinda sad….

Terrible service do not come here. The so called manager Lucas is very rude. I called because they made my order wrong and he began yelling at me telling me to bring it back to have it fixed. Gas is $5+ a gallon and I was already home by the time I noticed. I asked if he could give me a refund he stated no they can only remake it... No thanks!
