Jamba Juice - San Rafael

Extremely slow service. Waited 20 minutes despite there being 4 staff members working. It appeared that they were prioritizing online orders over in-store customers. While the smoothie came out correctly, I would choose to go somewhere else next time. I have been a customer at Jamba for 10 years and have never had to wait this long before. Oh well, I will be trying a different place next time.

We enjoy the smoothies, BUT! I keep discovering small black hairs in my mouth and teeth after having them. Gross, right? This has happened for the second time now, and we won't be returning.

I always receive exceptional service at this restaurant and never have to wait long. Even when they are busy, the staff are always very friendly.

Friendly staff and quick service! I love the Caribbean Passion and Aloha Pineapple. Perfect healthy treat for a warm day!
