Biscuits Buns - San Rafael

The flavor combinations were delicious! And the fact that they offer vegan options is a definite plus.

Was in the area for a company holiday party and after a long night all I wanted was something sweet for breakfast and found this gem!!! They were running low on the biscuits and buns but the cake bun that I had bought was absolutely delicious!!!! I will be going back. 20/10!! Loved it

This place is 100% vegan so it should be possible to put 5 stars. Delicious! My aunt has inflammatory issues from gluten and I am vegan so it is incredible to have had this option when I was visiting. The flavour combinations are really well done, it is not overly sweet and everything is just delicious.

Heaven . . .I'm in Heaven . . . If you've known that you are gluten intolerant for as long as I've known (13 years as of 11/2022) then you know that back in the day GF pickens of good quality were slim, It's gotten much better and now that we have Biscuits and Buns I don't miss it one bite of gluten savories or sweets! Her biscuits and buns are astonishingly good. You can serve them with glee to absolutely anyone! The jalapeno are a staple at my house. I buy a dozen at a time and freeze them. We both love the big chunky pieces because they give a wonderful burst of spice when you bite into one, but what's nice is that not every bite is spicy because of the big ish chunks and how they are scattered. You could do what I do remove a few of them so you don't exactly get a mouthful of spice but you get flavor. The contrast of the green chilies with the bun is very pretty just add lot's of butter and you'll got more color.400* oven, on the rack or a baking pan, right from the freezer is what I do! We love that she doesn't use stevia (avoid it, its full of oxalates) and that she doesn't use nuts (more oxalates) and basically she doesn't use a lot of bad things. Just good things. The texture!The flavors!And she's having fun with seasonal spins on old favorites like hot cross buns, For the Winter holidays she makes stuffing buns! How clever is that! She's so creative and she's very nice, and like me, she's an anti plastic warrior. She cares about quality, flavor and our health!
