Fonda San Francisco

Chef michel was in our table for the most night, he chose every single dish that wein and made a Mexican culinary trip with delicious dishes specially made for us. the third time there, everyone better than the next. most in monterrey.

Last week sat with friends, it is a simple restaurant with a steel-courtain front, decorated like an old and traditional Mexican “Fonda” with very ingenious and funny decorative details. the menu is from a “author”, Mexican fusion art. great work from the cook. We...hadow the pork chicharron egg roll, fideo tacos, fried cheese, roasted porkbacke and atropellado. everything was great, a mix of expected and unexpected aromen. great experience, portions are not great, but good prices, so order many tings to try and share.

It is a small and ugly place from outside, even difficult to find..... But inside you will find a nice atmosphere and warm welcome. And the food is really delightful: a discovery for me of a modern mexican food: tasty, not too spicy, just enough...to reveal the taste...... I strongly recommend !!!
