Taco Lab - San Miguel de Allende

Nestled inside the modern food court setting off the main square in San Miguel, this awesome little counter service spot is dishing up some deliciousness in small packages. Super delicious! Big thanks to chef Donnie Masterson for bringing the excellence and the modern in one go!

Fish shrimp tacos please. Cannot wait to come to Taco Lab when I get back from Florida.

Lamb tacos are to die for! Perfect seasoning and so very tender.

First, the server was so nice and attentive. The buffet was even better. The food warm and so traditional, not American, which was a huge plus. I highly recommend this place. Google doesn't do justice.
