La Parada - San Miguel de Allende

We found this restaurant/bar while we explore the streets of sma on long walks. we didn't know what we expected, so we sat in the bar and tried a cocktail with pisco. we had never experienced pisco and we loved both cocktails, so...we decided to try an appetizer from their menu. we loved the sea bass ceviche the sauce was incredible, fish delicious. our server was the sweetest young woman who took time to tell us about Peruvian food, recommend the kevich and help us explore her drinks menu. we will definitely come back!

We enjoyed eating very much. we read an assessment of the Peruvian botschafter that eating like home. he was absolutely right!

Delicious food. it was nice to be a little more of the beaten away from the hectic and the bustle of the center of sma. very good ceviche and loved our little sandwich for lunch!

They were friendly enough to make some changes to give me a fully vegan meal and it was delicious. A little too expensive,

Restaurant de esencia, todo cuidado a la perfección. Bebidas recomendadas muy atinadas a base de pisco, los ceviches con verdadero esmero, ceviche Parada excelente platillo, Chino Cochino para deleitarse, mouse de mango de postre sin igual, sigan así o mejor aún!!!!!
