Texas Roadhouse - San Marcos

Ordered a 6oz sirloin medium rare and it wasn't like that but my husband's was that way. We both Ordered it the same. I also ordered a alcoholic beverage and it wasn't even correct. Over all very very disappointing tonight I wasn't happy with any of my meal only mine was wrong my husband's was correct and it happens every time we come in and eat and I'm at the point where I won't come back. Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere as someone who doesn't typically go to chain restaurants, we were impressed. The steak/prime rib were seasoned well and perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious, the rolls with cinnamon butter were to die for, and the service was prompt/great despite the restaurant being absolutely slammed with customers. The food is delicious and great place to always go. The atmosphere is pure Texan. The staff was amazing. Our server was so big and humble on Earth and she really knew what to eat and drink. The choice of beer was nice, especially I'm kind of hard to convince to drink a beer compared to hard alcohol. The cactus with the dip is a great beginning. The bread with butter, taste from heaven. The meat was tender and juicy.
