Gil's Broiler Manske Roll Bakery

Was back to visit San Marcos and show my other half of the big spots of my college year! Waaay better than I remember. Manske roles are always a must!

Great old school music, fantastic service and of course spectacular meal. Chili Burger was delicious and the active dead are beautiful and crisp. Definitely recommend in San Marcos!

The Manske Roll was not disappointed. Simple inconceivable restaurant/café that would be a great place to meet the friends.

I was super impressed with this place! Some disappointing on the outside, but if you have a sweet tooth, you have to try. I went on Friday with a few friends and got the dune in 2 for 1 Manske Roll Special and was pleasantly surprised. This is AMAZING! They're like cinnamon rolls, but with Texas Roadhouse cinnamon butter instead of icing. Warm and fresh and perfect for the cold weather months. You can also get em with a bunch of delicious punches! Definitely come back when you're in the area!

THE 1 POUNDER! It was perfect in all categories the meat was flavorful in a smash burger style and the bun was perfection! The bun is specific to Gil's and not like a commercial kitchen Blah Bun. This may be my favorite burger and that is saying alot! 10 out of 10 highly recommended
