Old meats in appearance; lasagna became a poltiglia, as precotta, frozen and mixed with aqueous sauce; cold and unpleasant risotto on the palate. I paid for not eating. From 13, I left at 18.20 looking for a restaurant/pizzeria to eat something decent. Not to recommend even the worst enemy.
Starting lunch disastrous year. We paid to be fast because in addition to the long waits between one course and the other, the inevitable food. We went in about 13 and we left at 6:00. Obviously some tables had gone away much earlier because of the needs of older people and children. I certainly do not recommend it also seen the bad organization of the owners.
At the end of the year the second was a little bit. I understand that there were about 300 people, but from 20:00 to 22:50 about they came out are: appetizers and 2 first. Instead the second was served and withdrawn to the maximum in about 30. I don't think I'll come back for events like that.
The property is surrounded by greenery but a stone's throw from the city center, the rooms are furnished with simplicity and with a large fireplace in the center. The latter, however, did not seem enough to heat the whole environment, very wide, especially in the areas far from the fire. The dishes very simple, sliced and commercial cheeses and a pleasant parmigiana, first proposed a good pasta and potatoes but presented in a dish made of bread that, even if friendly, was little soft to eat as accompaniment. Medium quality wine. Really very courteous and professional staff.
If one goes to a place that is defined as rural, that is, in the countryside one expects a homemade kitchen, in fact one enters a large building transformed into a canteen, where at the entrance there is a large billiard style with in beautiful exhibition mortadella Emilia that of bell nothing has to do. The premise also on the food is so much to say, appetizers a poor piece of pizza with annexed meats and cheeses not of great choice over a taste of parmigiana, a first made in pizza dough not to show that in the end there were 15 macaroni with eggplants, medium quality meat as second. The sweet ... the so decantated a thousand decomposed leaves was nothing but pre-packaged biscuits with addition of a cream and topping, watered wine and usual conventional bitters taken to the meter. All for the small amount of € 40,00 per person. To avoid
