Chipotle Mexican Grill

Seems to have lost that lovin feelin. Downgraded over the years.

Every time I go in this place they are either short staffed, not taking card, or online orders onlydue to a large catering order. Tables never get cleaned and the bathrooms are disgusting.

This specific chipotle is the stingiest mf in the world. they do not give you HALF of what most chipotle’s will and it’s awkward to have to ask them to give you more scoops when they are scoop after scoop giving you nothing. listen now, I’ve been to my fair share of chipotles and consider myself a very frequent flyer at chipotle’s in San Diego, for some reason the employees at this one are actively taught to rip you off. if you go to this chipotle make sure you tell them to give you fair proportions or else youll get a bowl fit for a child’s appetite.

I went here with my parents, they had never been to a chipotle before. I ordered 3 salads about 1/2 way through the order I said oh ifr like the dressing for the salad as well at that point they decided to inform me that they were out of dressing!! The dressing is what makes it good imo. They didn't care or apologize, I wish they would have told me when I ordered that they were out, I would have ordered something different!! Worst experience ever. They were literally out of nearly everything and with many people coming in at around 7pm staff was announcing all the items they ran out of which was half their product, their soda and nobody even had the gall to put ice in the ice machine. People walked in and walked out. They should have closed the store for the night. WHERE IS THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE?
