Sophie Bistro - San Juan De Miraflores

I found this great spot on my bicycle during lunch hour. I was the only person in the restaurant. The waiter was delightful and very helpful. I asked for a recommendation for wine and he recommended a Malbec from Argentina, Puramin reserva (2012) for 75 soles. Excellent wine, great value, not to mention aged for five years. I asked for the freshest fish and the chef came out and recommended the **** mary clams for 22 soles. I then had the lamb with truffled polenta (42 soles) and it was fantastic. He used a Coravin wine opener so he did not have to remove the cork. I had two glasses of wine and took the rest home! I will return again before I leave the country!

La comida es de muy buena calidad y el chef atiende con esmero, relación precio calidad adecuada, ambiente acogedor.

La carta de vinos es muy limitada y la temperatura de los vinos no es la adecuada. Sin embargo, el chef se esmera en hacer un buen trabajo y entrega platillos de muy buen sabor.

Un restaurante donde podrán degustar comida elaborada y con una combinación de ingredientes diferentes.

Buena atención... los mismos propietarios son los que dirigen este restaurante... preparan un excelente plato con el pescado "bonito"...
