Azucena - San Juan

The dinner was enjoyable, but the service was not as expected. We were disappointed that despite the restaurant only being at 30% capacity, we did not receive the attention and dedication we had hoped for. Empty plates were left on our table, and we were not provided with new or clean wine glasses when we ordered different bottles of wine. We had to constantly ask for things as the staff did not check on our table. Given the price and the limited capacity, we are hesitant to imagine how the service would be at full capacity. We may not be returning in the future.

Dinner was great, but service was not so expected. With only 30% capacity limit we thought we would get 100% attention and dedication. We didn't. Empty plates were not taken away. New or clean wine cups were denied when different wine bottles were ordered. We had to ask for everything because they didn't wait for our table. For the price and reduced capacity I cannot imagine how it will be with 100% capacity. Probably not back.

The food was served cold and one of the staff members also took off their mask.

The food and service at this restaurant are incredible. However, keep in mind that the location is near a busy road, so there may be some noise from cars and people.

Loved the food! Nice quantities and consistent quality. Lovely small outdoor terrace.
