Air Margaritaville San Juan

Food was awful. Taco salad was a couple of tortilla chips with chili on top and a couple pieces of dry lettuce underneath. Never came with dressing. Burgers were thin and dry all over cooked. Chips and dip for appetizer they were out of queso gave two guacamole’s and the guacamole was horrible no flavor whatsoever. Prices were very high for terrible quality. Our server was also rude and miserable. Will never return again. Save your money and grab a snack in the airport instead.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service , will never recommend to NOBODY, this restaurant is pathetic! No host was at the front stood there for 20min , had sit ourselves, the waitress Noemi had Just sat our food down and quickly and walked off didn’t asked if we needed anything else service over all was pathetic!

Embarrassing to the margaritaville brand. Stale chips and cheap bland queso. They charge $11 for medalla beer that you can get for $3 or less at most PR bars. Overpriced food and drinks is an understatement for the quality you get.

My flight was delayed so that we did not look for the lunchtime and chose margaritavillage. I am happy to say that it was a good choice for me, and I am happy to eat here again. my server, carlos figueroa, was great! I am vegan and I eat very simple so I was looking for a simple salat that they have made beautifully available, and I did not even have a custom order to do the mixed green salat is a large bowl of leafy green and cauliflower with tomato. I just ordered it and used a side guacamole as dressing. it was delicious and I had enough left to take with me for later. all for 17.50 including $5.00 tip! I'll eat here again when I'm in sju.

Place was not crowded couple tables open I had the Cubano sandwich it was good coffee was good too but it seems like the servers where going MIA as more and more tables where coming in if you have the time to wait because it looks like they where short staff or not sure how to wait on tables. On the good side Rafael was our server good one.
