Mcdonald's - San Juan

The staff is a bunch of teenagers and the management look like chickens with their heads cut off. My order the other day took 20 minutes and I was still missing food. I went for an iced coffee another time and they wanted to give me a watered down looking coffee. I asked for a refund but they said they'd make another one but after 10 minutes of waiting, I had to go inside and they weren't even making it. Even after all that it tasted like water and milk.

Had to use the Drive Thru. It was quick, fresh and hot. And confirmed and handed over with a very warm smile.

It's more or less, the food is not like before, there are things that are expensive like breakfast potatoes at 2dll each potato... it's an abuse.

I'm happy every time I visit this McDonald's in San Juan they always give me good service and they always quick to deliver the order to my table thumbs up to
