When I called the store they told me I had to handle it with customer service for door dash (even though I ordered through wing stop) door dash connected me witha customer service rep for wing stop. Wing stop customer service told me they can only submit a request and someone will bereaching out to me soon. It 's been a week, I haven 't heard from anyone and I found out from another wing stop store that theycan refund in the store and it would have been instant. I 'm upset because I 'd the initial guy who answered the phone would havehandled the situation when I called instead of passing me off to the wrong people I would have my refund by now. Now I calledback to customer service and they said my request has been processed but not approved yet and there 's no way to talk to anyonewho can help me or give me a definite answer. This is the worst customer experience I ever had wing stop does not care abouttheir customers.
Waited 30 minutes for a 6 pc of bonless wings. Walk in orders are put on the back burner till they get caught up on their online orders. Seriously this location sucks.
Thanks to Bryan P, I received excellent service at this restaurant! Bryan was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my meal. I will definitely be returning for lunch again. The entire team did a fantastic job!

The wings and fries were good at this restaurant. The potato salad was just okay. The teriyaki wings were tasty, but the teriyaki glaze was overpowering and artificial. The Cajun wings, on the other hand, were delicious and had no complaints.
