Taco Bell - San Jose

My friend and I go here about once a week. We dine in. The service is usually quick, and it has always been correct (which is a big plus in my book! .

Went a little early for lunch on a Sunday no line fast service got the order 100% correct I appreciate it greatly tyvm!

Most of the time, my experience with their drive-thru is quite positive. What stands out to me is how polite and cheerful the person at the order speaker usually is. Out of about 50 orders, I've only had a minor issue with a custom item once in a while. This was much more frequent in the past. Occasionally, the phone app or their system can be slow to sync. There have been a couple of instances where they couldn't locate my mobile order at the speaker, and I was asked to pull to the side when I reached the window.

The staff is fast and friendly. The app pickup was quick, even though my name wasn't displayed on the order. The food was prepared correctly, but it's important to double-check your order, as it's our responsibility to confirm everything is right.

The interior design of Taco Bell is a bit too modern for my liking, but I really appreciate the charm of the old design.
