Starbucks - San Jose

Starbucks is always good just like all Starbucks are. I wasn't at Starbucks. I was parked in the parking lot talking to my mom about my boyfriend sick cat. But I will and would recommend ALL Starbucks every time No Matter my location.

Ordered a venti chai with oat milk and almond milk no water, extra foam, and instead it came very weak and too hot no foam. When made right, it's delicious. This is the second time I've had a screwed-up order from there but I'm willing to give it another try. People have bad days.

Safe location. Store was neat and clean and the staff were good.

While this is my local Starbucks for the last few months I have some bias, I've also been to a lot of different locations throughout the country and this location stands tall amongst many. Very organized and well run and at the same time, the staff is very personable, helpful and friendly and get the orders out quickly. Everyone is treated respectfully like family (or a good neighbor) and the store is almost always clean and orderly (it can get quite hectic when the local schools let out in the afternoons), but even then, it mostly runs like a well oiled machine. Some Staff are argumentative and don't seem to appreciate the value of the customer. Don't go there if you're in a hurry and have not ordered on line. They insist on heating up pastries probably cos the pastries are not fresh.
