Smashburger - San Jose

Not one thing is disappointing. The double bacon avocado club burger is perfect, 2 amazing patties, excellent boiled bacon and patty, perfectly ripe avocado, several slices of juicy tomatoes and a crisp piece of salad to round it off. Smash-Fries with rosemary are great. Oh, and the salted caramel milkshake is amazing.

Came for a quick bite on July 4. Not too much and much faster service. The price was decent. To wash the black bean burger and double Chipotle burger with the side of the Brussel sprouts and a blue moon everything down. Burgers were delicious, Brussels spits were a tad overcooked and the beer was a cold to touch, but a little warm to drink. Inside ordered and served us outside with plenty of space to sit near a charming well.

Best burger maybe ever. And they offer beers and great milkshakes and fries. And it’s a different burger too really filled with flavour.

Really enjoyed this burger. Had the double cheeseburger and it was really good, but I definitely was expecting more crispy surface on the patties that the smash burger is famous for. Don't think mine was cooked at a high enough temp on the griddle or they rushed it. But it still tasted good and was hot as heck almost the entire time eating it! Fries were good as well and service was quick and friendly. More Maillard reaction on the patty and this is a 5 star for sure.

Maybe If I Would To Try These Burgers.. This Review Would Be A 5 Star .. But I Love This Shopping Center. A Whole Lot Of Positive Energy And Outgoing People
