Mcdonald's - San Jose

Store says dining room opens at 6am, I wanted for 20 mins until calling, the manager answered the phone and said they don't open until. 6:30, today is 10/12/22 6:26 am. I always appreciate our frontline workers, I'm just disappointed the times are notupdated on Google OR on the doors.

Me my husband passed by the drive through around 8:50pm today the girl handling orders in the back window was super rude!! Bad customer service that needs some talking to from store managers, just imagine if I was from corporate!! She was the one withtwo nose piercings! But very very bad customer service rude.

Get half a sweet tee, almost every night. the personal is great, warm and friendly?

This place has teribale Service the emploies are lazy i had to wait an hour to finally get my order bad Place dont recormend.

This location is not only more expensive but the service is AWFUL too... maybe they are having a bad day ect...Nope! Happens every time.The staff is really immature and rude depending on what time you go. They can forget your order for 30 minutes and get mad at the customer that they forgot, and give you a half made burger for your time (first time coming to a place that forgot to make the rest of the sandwich? While they are chattin it up in the back and horsing around. save your money and time
