Bidrage med feedbackI usually do not have problems here. This day and 1 other time I swiped my card it didn't take, other places entered my card manually to complete my purchase these new hires could have asked their mgr for help. I have since had to get my card replacedbut I will not return to this particular jack in the box. I left with nothing and very hungry.
Great cluck sandwich if you like fried chicken sandwiches. Love the sauce they put on it too.
Open all night (drive through . These people hustle to keep the lines moving. They do a great job of it. They have always had great attitudes in my experience at this location. Never negative. This says a lot to me about the management. Food is good asexpected. *I theorize that we each have the ability to navigate only so many perturbations for any period of time. When two orthree issues pop up at once, a person might pull their hair out (an attempt to expand the brain, maybe? . The whole day mayallow one or two more, depending on the outcomes of the first two or three. Some incidents may encounter several irritations inworking toward the solution, right? So, it?s so important for managers to have the support of their employees, and to delegateand trust the employees to work out problems as they arise. Micromanaging is a trap and a hamster wheel, will cause moreproblems than are solved by it. *When managers are concerned with their three sides: boss/the owner, the customers AND, equally, the employees (fair time-clocking, scheduling/personal time needs, breaks, delegations and duties, and just treating employeeswith the same respect as for anyone else then everything gets done more efficiently. Employees will usually reciprocate respectand will often be well-supportive. Trust and respect go hand-in-hand. The rough roads smooth out when attitudes are good. It?sgreat for the customers. And the boss/owner? Well, it?s not their goal to be happy. But if they have reasoning like Jack, himself, then they probably are.
Two stars, to appreciate the people in the back making the food. cashier lady on the other hand, was very rude from the start. as i left i asked kindly for two straws because there was a line and she snapped at me to ?grab them myself? which required meto get in the way of other customers and reach over the counter. if it is behind the counter and people are standing in the way?why aren?t your employees friendly enough to grab it for the customers? otherwise place the straws where we can reach. and sodais very flat.
Okay here 's what I really like about Jack in the box 1) they are always serving breakfast and their breakfast is pretty good. Nice variety of things to pick from. good hash browns good coffee 2) they 're open late if not 24 hours and that is appreciated.Food is not overpriced and if you got the app it 's even better. 3) there 's always new items and special so it 's never reallyboring. All that being said there are two items from the past I wish they would bring back the first one is the nachos fromback in the late '80s early 90s. Oh my God were they delicious! The 2nd item was the sliders that they had just about 5 years 6years ago I think.
