Gotta Eatta Pita - San Jose

Fantastic place, good menu. The food is served in good portions and is delicious. I took the pita falafal sandwich, was one of the best Falafel sandwiches I have had in USA. Since its in downtown, cheap parking can be a little tricky but there are plenty of spots around. Would totally recommend it.

What a treat! Live far enough away that I’d forgotten about this place, but a coupon in the mail reminded me it’s around. Love their simple, delightful menu; their prices are reasonable; the food was excellent (I loved its presentation and their compostable/recyclable packaging); and during these covid times they were waiting at the door watching for our car for curbside pick-up (after we called). Would definitely like to return soon.

Closed, for good, is what the sign on the door said. I walked all the way up to the door and paid for parking to be sure. I'm bummed because this place was really delicious with great prices and huge portions. The food was always super fresh. The pita bread was soft and amazing. Yeah I'm bummed

Bottom line: This restaurant makes great vegetarian food and their customer service is amazing. Eat here. Support this restaurant. Their customer service shined bright today. I ordered dinner through Postmates, but my driver never picked up the order. After having my trouble ticket ignored by Postmates, I called the restaurant directly. I spoke with the Manager and discussed what was happening. I arranged to pick up myself. Upon arrival, he insisted on making me a fresh batch of food, since my original food had been sitting for almost 2hrs. They were so generous and eager to make my experience better- it made all my hangry melt away. Loyal customer well earned.
