Famous Dave's Bar B Que - San Jose

This is more a corporate issue. There is something wrong with there on line system. I ordered on line from the Hayward store but my order ended up on the one in San Jose? I called and was told I would have to call the San Jose store and cancel and Wait 2-3days for a refund? They apparently couldn?t just credit me back. One of the persons I spoke with told me that this is an ongoing issue that corporate is already aware of. Apparently corporate doesn?t care about customer care. I for one will not bereturning to or ordering from this establishment again. Too many other places with bbq and better customer service and that havetheir ?act together,?

Amazing food. Extremely friendly employees. It's a for sure must eat at if you are in the area and love BBQ. I enjoyed it alot. Everything was delicious. It's military friendly to so that's always a plus.. so if you in area please check this place out youwon't be disappointed I promise you. Love this place..

It's been a while since I've been, I went the other night, I took my grandma, it was a great experience, our server was polite, brought out drinks and food out fast, the meat and chicken was tender and delicious, I got the meal for 2 or 3 people it 3 meats on a plater, it's good food, and a fun place to hang, have a beer, family friendly as well

Great place to chill and watch games that's for sure. I had a good time with my hunny. The food is amazing . Great people work here. The seem to stay busy. I've been here twice at this location and I have no complaints. Bathrooms are clean too. Chill environment thank staff for great food and an exciting pllace to watch the game even with the little ones.

Haven't been here in years but the food still taste the same, quality always top tier! My wife and I fought over their delicious cornbread. Best American bbq in town sauce. Kaitlyn was very comforting and helpful; with a great smile.
