The little cakes are about $4 each for about a 2 round cake. The desserts are good, I just don’t get that OMG!!!! feeling when I eat them. I think they just need more flavor… every cake I eat tastes kind of like the same whipped cream and cake. They definitely look pretty though, especially the yin/yang shaped green tea cake. Maybe their other bakery goods are better than their cakes.
I really like this place. The price is actually not so bad for what you get (considering how everything else at Santana Row is super expensive). You should definitely try it out if you’re around.
Probably the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had… Also, location is primo… right on Santana Row, where you can watch all the hot women, I mean cars, roll by. Seriously, there are some beautiful cars that come out at night… Only reason I can’t give this five stars is because I’m not a big coffee drinker or cake eater.
Better prices than Starbucks- so go here instead for your coffee/desert fix. I like the iced mocha and Raspberry Chocolate Mousse cake. Forget the apple turnover, over priced and I can make you one. Fresh.
My guilty pleasure after shopping at santana row!! The cakes are beautiful and tasty…But the things I love the most there are the pastries! Creme Feuillette, Chocolate Brioche, napolean slices, and almond croissants (with custard inside! are a few of my favorites there. I usually buy the pastries to-go and will heat it up very briefly later on in the toaster oven, it’s the best!! Oh, and their sandwiches are very good too. There’s always a line on weekends, it moves fairly quickly but there is always that ONE customer who has questions about every single piece of cake. As far as beverages, I always thought their coffee is JUST OKAY. I don’t usually order tea there because I don’t think it’s worth 2 dollars for a cup of hot water and a tea bag.
