Carl's Jr. - San Jose

My girlfriend bought a hamburger ???? and it fell apart as soon as she bit into it. She went to the counter to ask if she could have another one and the woman employee said no you already bit into it. I thought that was very rude of her. This Carl's Jr. islocated in the San Jose Market Center. I don't think we will be going back to this place anymore. You need to speak to youremployees about treating the customers better. First of all the employee was rude when they got our order incorrect we ordered fried zucchini and they gave us a large fries they said ?You didnt say that? When we clearly did say zucchini. No need to be disrespectful to customers then they charged us adollar extra for a chocolate cake for no reason and we didnt order a chocolate cake. Never coming here again. Poor service. Theworst and slowest fast food ive ever experienced.

Went here last night woke up with food poisoning. Sick recovering right now. Threw up a few moments ago. I'm angry that I paid for food which I didn't finish that made me miss work due to overwhelming nausea body aches. As of right now I'm notable to eat due to my conditions for who knows how long all because of the food here. Used to love the franchise but due to thisincident I will never be coming back here again will report this to friends family. Stay safe out there everyone
