We started staying here in 2017 when in the area on business and have only every stayed here since, which is normally 1-2 times a year, we have just done a 2 night stay here for 4 people and 1 of us had not been here before, she was astonished at how good it was, hotel wise it’s basic, but the owner is fantastic and food is absolutely Italian perfection home cooking, we have just booked to come back in Jan, the local wine they serve is incredible and we have a few bottles of it!, we love this place and can’t wait to come back in Jan. Only stay here if you want: Outstanding traditionally inspired local dishes with a personal twist Customer care that replicates what it’s like to be part of an Italian family Comfortable and clean rooms in traditional Italian countryside styling Fantastic ironing facilities Great local wines Perfect location for exploring Sant’Agata, Bologna, San Giovanni and Modena Owners who care deeply about what they do Thanks to Moris and Ciara with whom I feel now I am lucky enough to call friends, all this is possible. Unless you don’t book here. Shame on you if you don’t.

The staff is really rude which you will see right from the entrance. The place is small the quality food isn't Italian, it seems like a fast-food, but their behavior is like a starred restaurant.... and they are so EXPENSIVE that we couldn't believe that!!! UNJUSTIFIED WINE PRICE. Simply TERRIBLE.

Accogliente, luminoso, luogo informale, perfetto sia per famiglie e coppie. piatti d'oca ben confezionati, menu vario. servizio impeccabile, personale cordiale. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Bella posizione, abbiamo vissuto una bella serata, il cibo era buono e personale cordiale tornerà.
