We went to collect a magicbox purchased several hours before (through Too good to go), but at the agreed time we found the shop closed without any warning or cancellation notification. The owner has already responded to our negative review without apologizing, saying that he had closed two hours earlier due to a family party, underlining that the latter was more important than work. Unforeseen events or causes of force majeure can happen to anyone, God forbid. But this doesn't seem to be the case to me, since I would classify it as an oversight! I'm sorry because Too good to go is an application against waste and we wasted our time and above all the fuel to reach the place, living several kilometers away.
