Bidrage med feedbackFast service!!! The best cargo in San Gabriel!!! My stuff arrived in less than 3 weeks as promised!! Two ladies works there very friendly and nice. I love them!
I have been using Kim Phu Express services for a few years. The receptionist lady name Khanh was very helpful at helping customers organizing package and at my standpoint it seems honestly when she was giving recommendations about some products. I Haven't met any losing package issues during the times using their services. Furthermore she is friendly and humorous .I didn't successfully make it in the latest time visiting because the store had been closed temporarily, looking forward coming back soon to use their services.
Been passing by this place for years and finally decided to try it out for dinner today. As the restaurant name suggests, they specialize in broken rice dishes. The menu has so many options so you'll definitely find something you like. The plates are big and the amount of food they give you is plentiful. I ordered #71, and it was a well-rounded dish, the grilled beef was on the tougher side however. I also tried some of my sister's Pho Dac Biet, and that was delicious. Service was actually decent for a Vietnamese restaurant. The waiter who served us said he can speak a variety of languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and a little bit of Chiu Chow. Overall, a nice bang for your buck Vietnamese restaurant.
Love this restaurant. It's extremely cheap in this area, lots of dishes are just 6.99 or 7.99. Tbh there are more than 100 dishes on the menu and idk which is which so every time I just randomly order and they all good to me. The shave ice (3 ingredients) was great and only $2.75. Reminder: 1. They don't take credit or debit card so bring cash. 2. My partner said they use MSG but I can't really tell.
CASH ONLY Oh man I haven't visited this mom pop Vietnamese restaurant ever since I started to write Yelp reviews and it wasn't until in recent days that I paid another visit again. First of all, I am still amazed that the restaurant is still alive and kicking after all these years with the rise of new trendy restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) because many mom pop restaurants were closed down in the past decade. It actually tells you something about affordability and quality of their food if the restaurant can still manage to survive in this competitive environment. Parking: You first shot will be the Hawaii Supermarket parking lot, but you probably will have a better luck if you just park on the street (e.g. Valley Blvd) because it is just a nightmare to park in that lot. Menu: There are 200+ items on the menu, but you just need to know that the restaurant specializes in #15 (House Special Broken Rice 7 Items) and #16 (House Special Broken Rice 10 Items). #16 Thuan Kieu House Special Broken Rice (10 items served with pork bone soup, $13.99): This dish has it all savory shredded pork, Chinese sausage, egg rolls, bean curd skin with/ shrimp, pickled cabbage, steamed egg, and a side of fish sauce! It was a huge feast and I couldn't finish the entire dish! My friend mentioned that you are supposed to pour fish sauce over broken rice. Well I used up all of my fish sauce because it brought the best of broken rice due to its umami flavor. Oh pork bone soup was absolutely amazing! I will admit that service may not be superb, but this is a prefect bang for your buck restaurant if you are looking for excellent Vietnamese comfort food! P.S. Please beware that they actually charged me for the hot tea and now I regretted not getting free iced water.
