Fine Garden Vegetarian - San Gabriel

Wow, it was really good. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Chinese vegetarian, and I didn’t have the best memories of it. But Fine Garden has changed my mind. The mocked meats were mocked really well, and not gopped with some heavy sauce. The vegetable dishes were also excellent. Egglplant was so flavorful and perfectly just-cooked. Bamboo fungus with mustard greens and that white crunchy yam was delicious. The deep fried sliced black mushrooms were a standout. I’ll definitely return.
