I needed to have a watch bracelet resized, so I came to this location because it is listed as an authorized service center on Seiko’s website. I called in the morning to inquire if they could help me.

The service was incredibly fast and efficient. I needed a battery, and Arkadi helped me out the same afternoon, completing the repair in just 10 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The service was incredibly fast! I received this watch as a gift, and this was the closest repair shop to my house. I can definitely recommend it.
