Bidrage med feedbackVery charming place to get really good Filipino food. I had the Adobo which was excellent. The staff are very nice also although the music at that time was a bit outdated
Good is really good. Service is very welcoming and toilet is super clean. It wasn't busy when I visited on a Saturday afternoon but it definitely deserve more business
The lechon kawalsilog (pork belly entree) was great! that's a little long to get out, but I think they're doing everything out of the ground. this place will be great when the terrace is open and perhaps also add a byo bierpolitik?
I was out with friends in the Soma area and happened to discover this restaurant for lunch. We ordered the mango salad, sinigang, tocino, fried lumpia, and taho. This is arguably the most beautiful Filipino restaurant I've ever visited, both in terms of atmosphere and food quality. The dishes demonstrate clear attention to modern presentation, and the flavors are lighter, fresher, and more delightful than what I've come to expect from places like Goldilocks or Manila Sunset. As someone who is hapa and grew up with a lot of Filipino cuisine, I found some of the interpretations different from what I anticipated, but overall, they were quite enjoyable. I can't wait to explore the rest of the menu!
The setup is impressive. They start by spreading a generous amount of rice in a beautiful row for everyone. Then, they sprinkle fried garlic bits and green onions on top, followed by a selection of different meats, fish, and vegetables (you can choose from various sets). My personal favorites were the deep-fried pork and the grilled chicken. You certainly won't leave feeling hungry, and the portions are incredibly generous—it’s definitely worth it! They even have a spot for washing your hands before and after the meal. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend that everyone give this place a try!
