Wonderful and delicious gluten free options! You can even get gluten free bread! The cauliflower risotto and gluten free Spaghetti Carbonara are incredible. The cocktails and mocktails are fun and tasty. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!

My wife and I often come for lunch after appointments in the area (we live in Greeley). The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are amazing. We've had Rhea on multiple occasions, and she is extremely attentive and friendly. My wife loves how fresh their salads are and craves their maple bourbon salmon. They currently have a peach bruschetta, which is fantastic! I have enjoyed their burgers and fries (oh, the fries are amazing) as well as a few different pasta dishes. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Cacciatore has become one of our new favorite places!

It had been awhile since we visited Cacciatore. We sat at the bar. The bartender was new but she was very pleasant and helpful. Our food was very tasty maybe even better than we were expecting. We definitely won't wait so long to make a return visit!

I love the atmosphere, the selection and everything that comes out of this kitchen.You will feel like family while you’re here.Additionally, I’m gluten free and the options are endless. Pasta, pizza crust and homemade gluten free bread. Flourless chocolate cake for dessert.Come for happy hour, it’s the absolute best in town!You can reserve the back room for events.
