A very pleasant place and perfect salmon dishes. We tried all of them and I could hardly decide which one is the best. I might go for the smoked salmon. The beer is OK (according to beer lovers) and the wine is gorgeous. The service is good, the owner is very nice and helpful. What could be better? The bread was a bit stale,. I think they should bake their own bread. With salmon like that it would b a winning combination!
ENGL Unlike most osmizzas where you eat only ham, cheese and wine, this particular farm serves only salmon and beer which they breed and produce using only the pure carsic water from the Rosandra and the Timavo rivers. The atmosphere is very informal like any osmizza, but the quality of the food is tremendously high, it's the kind of salmon you would find in very few delicatessen stores, and even though you can only have this type of fish, you can eat it in six different ways, as a paté or cooked in the oven, and all of it is prepared in such a way that you would never get fed up of eating it throughout the whole dinner. It's worth going back for a second round. ITA A differenza di molte osmizze dove si mangia solo prosciutto, formaggio e vino, questo particolare agriturismo offre solo salmone e birra che allevato e prodotta utilizzando solo la pura acqua carsica pura dei fiumi Rosandra e Timavo. L'atmosfera è molto informale, come in qualsiasi osmizza, ma la qualità del cibo è estremamente elevata, è il tipo di salmone che si può comprare in pochissimi negozi di gastronomia, e anche se si può avere solo questo tipo di pesce, lo si può mangiare in sei modi diversi, come un paté o cotto al forno, e tutto questo è preparato in modo tale da non stufarsi di mangiarlo. Vale la pena tornare per un secondo round.

The Agriturismo states “salmon and beer”, and that’s exactly what they serve: salmon and beer. The have their own brewery and serve two types of beer (the red one is a bit flat of taste, the lighter one I likes a lot more). Other drinks are: water I guess. They also have their own fish farm, and serve the salmon from this fish farm…every now and then there is sturgeon on the menu. We were there for diner and the quality of the dishes is good, well prepared and all, but I need to say: when it’s only salmon and beer: you might want to make the dishes a bit more exciting…flavors were stacking up now and there was no real excitement. Beside that: friendly people and had a lovely meal. Would come back!
