Bidrage med feedbackCi siamo capitati per caso essendo in visita a Milano, essendo toscani, ed avendo parcheggiato nelle vicinanze del ristorante. Siamo amanti di questo genere di ristoranti ed abbiamo provato molto volentieri. Il ristorante è molto carino e il personale molto cortese. Non avendo prenotato ed essendo sabato, comunque non hanno avuto difficiltà nel darci un tavolo essendo direi molto grande come locale. Devo dire che la qualità ci ha effettivamente molto soddisfatti. Sia per i piattio di sushi sia per i piatti cucinati. Molto buono anche il sashimi. Abbiamo veramente ordinato di tutto di più avendo anche un po' fame ^ ^ e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti ed appagati. Spaghetti di soia piccanti fra i più buoni che ho mangiato. Bravissimi e davvero personale molto cortese e presente per qualunque richiesta. Davvero bravi, se capitate da queste parte ve lo consiglio vivamente.
Ristorante elegante e pulito, piatti curati sia a livello estetico sia per i sapori, crudi molto buoni. Personale educato e attento al cliente
We went to dine in the late evening. We are traveling from abroad and spoke almost no Italian; no staff member appeared to speak any English. There were several unpleasant moments, but here is the major one: We ordered five dishes. Three dishes came, the other two did not come. We patiently waited but inquired after more than 30-40 minutes, and the waiter said we hadn 't ordered anything else. When he looked at the hand-held device (which is how they record orders) shortly, he realized they had made a mistake of not filling the order. But strangely, no one--not the server, not the manager, nor any staff, who appeared to talk about the problem amongst themselves--ever said anything, let alone apologize. I understand that mistakes can happen with order, but I don 't understand how no one seems to think this was a problem. All that was required was a simple word sorry! in any language, spoken or with hands! Overall, the least pleasant restaurant experience in 3 weeks in Milan. Food was below average.
Great sushi maki and all you can eat options! Worthy to try if you like Japanese cuisine! Also, the service is super nice and helpful!
We went to this newly opened restaurant few days ago. We decided to choose the option a la carte and not ALL YOU CAN EAT hoping to find better quality of food and larger portions. I also informed the waitress about my health situation and some restrictions with food due to health condition. Sushi and rolls which we ordered had were smelly , portions were small. The ramen soup i ordered had inside the noodles of very poor quality like those that maybe you can hardly find in Italian discount stores. Also inside the soup instead of meat we found only pieces of pig fat. After these meals I had nausea. The overall experience is very negative... Not recommended at all.
