Dislike this taco bell they have kids in this one. As I walked in to get my online order a female worker is yelling at a male worker young kids she throws a drink on the floor and expects the male worker to clean up her mess. I'm there for 15 minutes andno one is asking me if I've been attended. The girl mops her mess finally I tell them I'm here for my online order o ly to beignored for another 20 minutes. Finally an elder lady worker asks why am I there I tell her the same I told your workers I'mhere for my order. I get my order 50 minutes later. After all that commotion
Went yesterday to try and grab a quick lunch. To my surprise they were close again for maintenance... Why do they keep closing in the middle of the day? Lunch rush aside for the business, at least post a bigger sign notifying everyone. This is the thirdtime in 3 month
This Taco Bell is always slow. But they didn?t have the drink I wanted so I was stuck in the drive thru behind someone else for 10 minutes so that I could leave. Happened twice.
Good evening i ordered thru your drive through tonight. And encountered a very rude and unprofessional young lady. Her name on the receipt states Hailey P. I highly recommend sitting her down and explain to her the importance of customer service. Herattitude and sharp remarks are unacceptable. If you hired her to say NO to business. You picked a winner. I will not bereturning and I guarantee you this experience will be shared with our community. My order# 333642. Your follow up will beappreciated. I managed a store in this community for over 20 years. The root to my success was and still is excellent customerservice. Please for your sake fix this.
