Sushi Lounge - San Diego

If your hungry and looking for good sushi.....this might not be your place. If you have to go, get good and drunk so the food is palatable. Pretty Gross.

This is my favorite sushi spot in Point Loma! Street parking only, although it's usually easy to find a spot in the neighborhood. Happy Hour 4-6 with specials on rolls and drinks! The sushi is fresh, delicious, and always fast. my favorites are the Protein Roll (no Rice) and the Ponzu Salmon Sashimi. I also LOVE the Udon! The seaweed salad is impressive and comes with cucumber as well. Every month they have a different roll of the month which is always fun to try!

Actually impressed with this place! I have lived in San Diego for 4 years and never gone and always wanted to. The sushi I usually order, I want to be a little spicy, but they're never spicy enough. The rolls I got here (wish I could remember all the names were the perfect spicy flavoring in combo with some lemon on top. The prices aren't bad, either. Get the hamachi appetizer, too- jalapeño and cilantro on top :

The food was great. We ordered garlic edamame, sashimi salad and a few rolls. Pretty good fairly priced compared to other sushi restaurants in San Diego. The fish was very fresh. The service was okay.

Just came last night and it was amazing! My server was Jackie and she was amazing! Made sure we constantly had refills and she gave amazing recommendations. Couldn't believe in was her first day! The Cocomo Roll was her recommendation and didn't disappoint. Request Jackie as your server if you want the best experience for when you go!
