Bidrage med feedbackFOOD: Do not eat authentic, but your own creation. Like butter chicken is not what it should be. Service: was the worst. Very environmentally friendly water. Who really didn't want to help us. When we came to the restaurant. There were three more tables. It was at 17.20. Atmosphere: cold, dry, not alive. For a restaurant t showcasing it awards or recognition it not worth it at all. I am South Asia and know the dishes as well as how to taste them and how they should not drink. There was nothing butterfly bout the butter chicken. It was watery and had not the right taste. She looked like either from the right ingredients or just didn't train like a butter chicken. Samosa wasn't delicious. There was less filling. The salad on the lamb curry plate with was a happy hour dish. It wasn't worth the price. Filling the dish with rice and white cabbage and a small cup with some pieces lamb is not a lamb plate. Naan bread was delicious. The water really didn't want to work or didn't like us. I'm still wondering. We were two adults and three children. The youngest one slept at the table all the time. He put us on the back and on a table for three people. He wants to help us with the menu that made faces and got annoyed. When the other waiter came with our food, she finally hit the food on the table and put everything to the corner of the table where she could find empty space. You can see on the photo how they bred the naan at the corner of the table and the plate half tilted. It could fall. After she left, we had to put every dish properly and properly. Whe the waiter came back and asked if we needed something else, I asked him if I could also get a record and cutlery as there were FOUR people at the table offered three. He just picked up from the side table and asked me if it's okay? Ther were helped by an older lady who was a little more friendly than the guy. But she was in a hurry to take the empty plate off the table. We felt like we paid for our food that we were not welcome. Rush, taking our plate seemed unnecessary and pushing for us to go. When the waiter asked us about tea or desert, I asked about Desi tea and he said sadly, we are from milk. 1: It was 6:00. It wasn't even busy, but they ran out of milk. That was a lie. But there are 7-Eleven and other shops. It's not a big deal to complete your kitchen when you're out of anything. We skipped the additional order and asked for the Billscheck in the USA. I asked if I could be $100, he said I'm sorry we don't have any change. Then I said I'll pay with credit card. Have a credit card machine to float. He said again, it only does cards with a chip are accepted. So we paid a card with a chip. He took the payment and left. I see that the awards are old, I guess the daily operations of the restaurant are no longer important. Our experience was bad overall.
I never said that about an Indian restaurant. It's one of the worst Indian restaurant I've ever been in my whole life. First, the server said that the seats are closed only outside and inside. A few minutes later, some other people go in and sit inside. We ordered butter chicken bones in, Tandoori roti, Karahi chicken. The butter chicken bone in order was wrong and instead was taken boneless after it was sent back, the waiter said they have no bone in and we can order something else. We ordered another Karahi chicken, it was the worse Karahi chicken at all, the cold chickens were simply put in the curry and put on the table while the rest of Roti also became cold. There were no excuses for mistakes or tried to fix the problem, it was more like we could not help you. With this quality of customer service and food quality, I would rather give zero stars to this place. Avoid it at any time. This place should be closed because uncooked cold meat is a serious danger to health.
Probably the worst place to get Indian food. And we tried a lot of Indian food! Have Butter Chicken and Veg Malai Kofta for start, and both dishes were not authentic at all. Butter chicken should be the cooked chicken pieces and a creamy engraving. What we got here was the chicken in the engraving, which had pepper and onions and what not (not a smooth creamy engraving). I called the restaurant to ask about it and complain, because that is not what a real chicken of butter should be. The guy who spoke on the phone was very rude and insisted that this is how they do their butter chicken and are really for years. The court was also very oily. Many oils floated up. Equally oily complain about the Veg Malai Kofta: oil floating up. The curry didn't taste so good either. It wasn't authentic at all! The Kofta should be Paneer Potato, but that seemed to consist of potatoes and vegetables. No real wiper. Very big disappointment.
By far the best Indian cuisine I had in the United States. It's a must if you try? Shahi wiper was delicious. And when they say spicy, they mean it!! Your service is also really great!! Many Jain and vegetarian options.
3 star for food. I'd give fourth star for great service something which has been going downhill in covid everywhere. They kept kitchen open extra time for us late arrivals. Food arrived on time. Paneer Tikka masala and paneer naan were the best dishes. Paneer Tikka masala had aromatic gravy and not heavy on cream. Paneer naan was very soft. Side serving of pickle and onions and papad reminded me of Punjabi home cooked meal.
