Filippi's Pizza Grotto Scripps Ranch

The mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle and the ravioli was a little bland, BUT, the pizza was perfect the lasagna was great and the torpedo was amazing! We definitely will be coming back! Our service was super as well! Thank you for a great dinner!

The Prime Rib was amazing, really amazing. The smallest cut is 16 oz then 20 oz then bone in 24 oz. We shared the 20 oz and it came with garlic bread, pasta (lasagna) and salad. You could get baked potatoe instead. They even split everything for us. The lasagna wasn't anything to write home about but it was a nice portion. The prices for this wonderful Prime Rib was around $35ish for the 20oz. Not bad

The service was somewhat slow, but overall the food was amazing. Everything's fresh. Nothing's microwave. Will definitely go forward regularly here. The atmosphere was quiet and covered. The music wasn't too loud. It was easy to have a quiet conversation with the woman. Lighting is on the dimmer side, but made for a very relaxing experience. Tables are a little dated, but clean and in excellent condition.

We waited an hour for our pizza. The pizza was mostly very light sauce and barely enough cheese to cover it. My children wouldn't eat it and I don't owe it to them. The chicken parmigiana was microwave and the sauce was not good. Our server was really cool and explained the situation, but it seemed as if the facility was okay, with the pupils who get their food in a quick way while the family looking from the city had to wait an hour to eat 15. I will come back
