Filippis Pizza Grotto Pacific Beach

Have been coming out for Filippis excellent food and service since the sixties. From Little Italy to Pacific Beach consistently delicious Italian and fair pricing. Looking forward to another 65 years!

Food was ok, service was less than par. The atmosphere was really nice though. Wouldn't recommend.

This is our first time at Filippis in PB. Great food. The wings were crisp and pizza was great.

When I saw the tables on the sidewalk I pulled over they were open early best early lunch in PB. They served amazing (warm out of the oven) bread, shared pepperoni chips (fried) that were amazing. Spoke with Victoria (4th generation owner) who shared all the new ideas they have to make the dining experience more fun and enjoyable it’s definitely a Must Visit location in Pacific Beach. The new owners are really on to something ! New menu items like garlic knots . They were delicious! The prime rib dinner was the best I’ve had in 20 years! These guys are giving Flemmings a run for their money. You will not be disappointed, I can promise you that!
