Kids were tired and hungry after the caves and we wandered in here not expecting much. How wrong. The place was heaving with Italian families with a really good atmosphere. We had a fabulous lunch of pasta followed by pork, wild boar stew with chilli and home made wild boar sausages. An old guy who I guess is the owner came round shaving truffle on everyone's pasta. Awesome and extremely reasonable cost. Recommended.

Excellent food and friendly service. Nino was very nice and funny. The prices were good, and I will come back again for sure if I visit Abbruzo again.

Interesting experience with special protagonist truffle, which nino, the owner, doses in abundance on each dish. we tasted the two first gnocchetti to the wild boar sauce and maltagliati to the truffle, the two second stewed wild boars and meat grinder and tasted the truffle scamorza (a sort of crostino) that really deserves.
