Bidrage med feedbackThis is one of the 30 proscuitto makers in San Danieli. We reserved for the tour via email. We first watched a very informative 20 minute video and then toured the facility. We did not go to the area where they are handling the fresh pork for health reasons but we did get to go into the aging rooms. Afterwards served lunch with lots of prosuitto, mozzarella, bread and local wine. All for 12´ each.
Really good experience! the ham factory is artisanal and we have been explained the whole process of processing by visiting the ham care cell. the staff was kind, helpful and prepared. we stopped then in the place to swallow the ham, very good. for the reception and quality of the products I can only recommend it. and we will come back!

Recommended! one of the last companies that still produce San daniele ham in an artisan way. we spent a wonderful afternoon on the guided tour of the cell where the hams are aged and a degotation of the local delicious sausages. very kind staff and very nice location. We'll be back!
Good, fast, good packaging! The first impact seems unseasoned! It needs slicer and cut fine it is great the three children have gone mad! lovers of the recommended San daniele! at price more than honest!
