Bidrage med feedbackThis place is what 's called economic kitchen . Apparently it is part of the house of the owner who runs it. When we arrived at the place and asked to see the vegetarian menu, we were told that the veggie food was not available on that day, although we arrived at the normal lunch time. Almost the whole menu is non-vegetarian. I do hold a lot of respect for small businesses, but I think the place should neither be called a restaurant nor vegetarian.
I have been to this sweet little place four times now and have had an excellent meal each time. She serves a full menu with many nonvegetarian items, but is very conscious of the needs of a vegetarian and will set you up each time with a gigantic, tasty, colorful, fresh and thoughtful spread each time. I have eaten everything from tamales, vegetarian refried beans, freshly harvested sauteed wild mushrooms, delicious, fresh made corn atole, veggie plates, fresh fruit liquados and so on. The owner is very proud of her food and makes a point of making sure what she serves is fresh and healthy. She is also very warm and friendly and will go out of her way to make you feel welcome. To top it off, the prices are extremely reasonable for the spread of food served.
Este lugar es lo que se llama una "cocina económica". Aparentemente es parte de la casa del propietario que lo maneja. Cuando llegamos al lugar y pedimos ver el menú vegetariano, nos dijeron que la comida vegetariana no estaba disponible ese día, a pesar de que llegamos a la hora normal de almuerzo. Casi todo el menú es no vegetariano. Tengo mucho respeto por los pequeños negocios, pero creo que el lugar no debería ser llamado ni un "restaurante" ni "vegetariano".
Outre la restauration, Maricoky offre aussi 5 chambres d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix à 150 M$ la nuit ou 900M$ la semaine, avec acces a une cuisine et sdb partagée. Jean-Pierre, un francais installé là, se fera un plaisir de partager ses souvenirs de voyages autour d'un verre de vin qu'il sait tres bien choisir!
