I know that the review of an almost food restaurant may seem silly, but trust me that they might have a very different experience at any franchise chain location. this place is randomly one of my favorite carls. overall carl’s jrs are quite well run and well maintained, but I can say that I constantly care about friendly service of people who seemed to care for their work and the customers. also, consistently correct and fast ordering.

This particular location is a little bit pricey compared to the other locations.... I wonder if it's because it's at the end of Orange County.

Customer service is definitely not their best attribute. Half the sodas were out. Pretty pricey, and other reviews say this is because they aren't a franchise, somehow? At least the onion rings were hot and fresh. Next time, I'll stop up elsewhere.Ps. If I wanted diet coke, I'd have said I wanted diet coke. The flavor options are out there for a reason.
