Club de Capitanes - SAN CARLOS

Came here for dinner on a Friday night in January. The atmosphere inside and outside was wonderful. Enjoyed the ceviche with chips, large bowl of seafood soup, and a few margaritas. I did not try the pizza, but the couple's next to me looked delicious. The menu said they'll cook anything you catch!

The pizza here is FANTASTIC! Great service, fun atmosphere! Do yourself a favor and try it out, you won't be disappointed!

The Captains club is the de facto sailing club of San Carlos. It's daggy, cosy, and looks like what it is...A bar, eatery and harbor hangout. The beer garden is pleasant and is a great spot for a beer and a pizza. The beer is cold, the service is a little slow but friendly, the menu is not so varied. But, the pizza and the burgers are sensational. It is a good live music spot after about 6.30 at night. The Club de Capitanes is a very casual place to go for a beer, a pizza and some lively music. It is hardly the epicurian centre of this little burg, but on the funky and fun meter of places to hang out, it's a top, cheap spot.

This place has lot's of character. Cold beer and some killer ribs. Nice employees and indoor and outdoor seating. Opens at 3:00 pm. Clean place with good food
